Benetech is an employee benefits management and consulting firm whose purpose is to assist employers with the evaluation and management of their employees benefits programs.

Benetech offers a unique and practical program of services, by coupling computer and systems technology with consulting expertise;we enable employers to better design, manage, and control their benefits plans.

Our business philosophy is to provide our clients with the necessary tools and advisement they need to operate their employee benefits plans within their fiscal constraints while continuing to meet their employee relations objectives.

Founded in 1985, Benetech offers both fully insured brokerage/consulting services for a wide spectrum of coverages including, medical, dental, vision, life, disability, cafeteria plans, as well as self-insured claims administration for self-funded Workers' Compensation plans.

Benetech currently provides services to more than 400 employers throughout New York State.
